How do I send my handpiece in for repair?
BA offers a free postage paid repair pack that you can use to safely send your handpieces to us. Simply contact us via phone or over the website or e-mail and we will send you some repair bags.
What do I need to fill in on the repair bag?
Please fill in details of your practice and as much information as you can about the handpiece and its fault. You may also provide us with a complimentary slip with the details and include it in the bag. Additionally, there are tick boxes where you can opt for an immediate repair, or for a free quotation. Most importantly, please don’t forget to fill out and sign the decontamination declaration on the back of the repair bag.
How much does it cost to repair my dental handpiece?
Costs will vary depending on the fault and the work needed to be done – our technicians will assess the fault upon receipt of your handpiece. We offer a free, no-obligation quote aswell.
How long does it take for my handpieces to be repaired?
Providing all necessary parts are in stock, we offer a 24 turnaround on handpiece repairs, subject to quotation approval.
What happens after I send my handpiece in for repair?
Usually your handpiece arrives with us within a few days. Once received, our technicians assess the fault and either call you with a quotation for work or carry out the repair immediately if you have requested us to do so.
Do you repair small equipment products?
We repair many makes and models of small equipment products. If you are unsure about whether we repair your particular item, please send us an e-mail with the details of your product or give us a call.
How do I send my small equipment item in for repair?
We offer a pick-up service for your small equipment item. For £24+VAT, we will send a courier to pick up your item and bring it back to us for assessment, and redeliver after repair/request to be returned. All you need to do is make sure your item is well packaged in a box, so our courier can safely deliver it to us.
